Getting to know me

By now, you should already know Who I Am, What I Do and some of the Work I've Done - but you're probably wondering - who really is Minesh? Stick around because I've got you covered.

I design and code beautiful experiences on the internet.

Learning new skills as a Software Developer has always been an engaging challenge, something I eventually grew to despair relish. My development is now at a stage where dopamine levels hit the roof for every problem successfully solved or new concept learnt.

Normally you’ll find me sitting in front of my laptop drinking coffee (or with a nice chilled beer) when hard at work developing websites and web applications. Whilst I’m perfectly sober, I enjoy writing code in modern JavaScript using the React library with a bit of SASS to create experiences you deserve.

Things I've been keeping myself busy with recently.

With picturesque views of Canary Wharf from our office, I’m thrilled to be working as a Web Developer at Financial Data Management plc having been brought in to help launch FDM Digital. Since I joined back in January 2018, FDM Digital, our in-house digital agency has shared many success stories - not only for delivering on client projects but for our internal developments too.

I’m also in the process of launching Kothari Digital later this year. Kothari Digital will be my personal playground to help people develop nice things and show them off to the world along with contributing to open source projects as well as releasing some of my own.

Things I get up to when I'm not coding.

On the odd chance I’m not coding, Skylar, my Siberian Husky, likes to take me on jogs in the park until I’m winded from all the running. Once I've caught my breath, I often kick back with a nice chilled beverage while watching some good old TV or playing Fifa.

I like to unwind from the pressures of Software Development by visiting exciting places across the globe. Especially to remote islands with white sandy beaches; contemporary urban cities with breath-taking skylines; or cultural destinations with ancient architecture.
